Epoch Digital - RETURNS AND REFUNDS (January 2008)
This section is referred from our Terms and conditions section 4, and highlights our returns and refund policy.


•In the unlikely event that you feel Epoch Digital has not produced what was asked for in the Proposal, we will be happy to walk through each stage of the proposal and correct anything that both parties feel is not what was requested without charge. These alteration requests must be submitted by you in writing/email, before 1 working day has elapsed from date of invoice. After this time Epoch Digital is given acceptance of the work by default.
•Due to the digital nature of the work being delivered, after aceptance of a quote, Epoch Digital cannot accept work being returned or cancelled for a refund. Once a quote is accepted Epoch Digital will start producing the work and you agree to pay in whole for the invoice.
